Mixed-bed resin for DI-filter
The mixed-bed mixture is intended for use in conjunction with our regeneration service. The mixed-bed mixture is a high-quality resin mixture for direct water purification. It is suitable for use in regenerative or non-regenerative cartridges and in large exchanger systems. Channelling water at the recommended rate through the freshly supplied resin bed can almost completely remove all suspended particles. The remaining particles generate average conductivities of about 0.1 µS/cm during most of the service life of the system, which can be extended depending on the desired water quality to be achieved.
When the mixed-bed resin in your DI filter is exhausted you can easily replace the mixed-bed resin. Fill an empty barrel with the exhausted resin and refill the filter with new mixed-bed resin using the funnel and protective pipe. Send the barrel with the exhausted resin to Cleantecs. Your barrel with "Regenerated mixed-bed resin" will be returned.

Regenerated mixed-bed resin
After regeneration, regenerative mixed-bed resin can achieve the same ultrapure water capacity as new resin. A prerequisite for this is a sufficient quantity of regenerants. In general, reasonable capacities and qualities can be economically achieved with relatively low quantities of regenerants. It can be assumed that "Regenerated mixed-bed resin" from Cleantecs has a slightly lower capacity than new resin. Exact values cannot be specified. Cleantecs only accepts mixed-bed resin for regeneration that has been used for obtaining ultrapure water for PV systems. This prevents the resin mixture from being contaminated by applications from other sectors.
Regenerated mixed-bed resin can only be ordered when a "Recyclable mixed-bed resin" has been previously purchased.
